24/7 Wifi Monitoring & Temperature Adjustment of all HVAC Zones Optional (monitoring & adjustment included in annual fee - one time wifi thermostat and installation cost)
Manage Landscape, House Cleaning & Window Cleaning Services Optional: 20% management fee to ensure all services are provided on time to agreed standards
General Contractor / Project Management for home improvement (Renovations, Additions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Decks, Siding, Roofing) Scope discussed and estimates agreed prior to start of any work

Gross Area Annual Fee
Band 1: Up to 3,000 SF $3,000
Band 3: 3001 to 7,000 SF $1.00 per square foot
Band 1: Over 7,000 SF $0.90 per square foot
   
Work not covered by annual fee $100 per hour
Managing Sub-Contractors 20% management fee
